| By this machine the winding length and cutting length are digitally preset, When the preset winding (or cutting ) length is reached, winding (or cutting)will automatically stop. The pneumatic extension unit will render the shaped rope a certain tension and the novel winding drum (patented, patent NO.AL96204269.2) will make the rope be orderly arranged as per the technological requirements at an even tension and a consistent belt core length. The pneumatic rolling wheel will make the thin rubber pieces tightly bind .The single belt will be automatically cut at a constant length and belt core skeleton will be formed in one run. | |
