building machine is used for the technical process of molding of the V-belt` s
rope-core. The equipment can complete the working procedure of winding rope ,
and pasting the promoting rubber-sheet and sushioning rubber-sheet upon the both
face of the rope` s loop, and cut the rope` s loop into the belt` s core, The
equipment is controlled by the PLC, and driven by the transducer motor, and displays
operating data through the LCD. The distance between the two drums is automatically
adjusted according to the perimeter set beforehand , and the tension in winding
rope is steadily controlled. |
